5:00 PM – 5:30 PM W&L Camp Introduction (Student Activities Pavilion)

5:30 PM – 7:00 PM Wrestling Workout (Pavilion)

Released after workout, dinner on own




7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Strength & Conditioning Workout (meet at the Pavilion)

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM Light breakfast for wrestlers (Pavilion)

9:15 AM – 11:00 AM Wrestling Workout (Pavilion)

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Break for shower

Limited showers available at Duchossois Tennis Center - or shower at hotel and 

meet for lunch at Campus Marketplace. Parking available at campus garage)

12:00 PM Lunch (Campus Marketplace, Elrod Commons)

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM  Faculty Talk (Campus Marketplace)

1:30 PM – 2:30 PM Campus Tour (immediately after conclusion of faculty talks)

Return to Pavilion after conclusion of campus tour

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM Question and Answer Session w/W&L Alumni & Wrestlers (Pavilion)

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Wrestling Workout (Pavilion)

(released after workout; dinner on own)




7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Strength & Conditioning Workout (meet at Pavilion)

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM Light breakfast for wrestlers (Pavilion)

9:15 AM - 9:45 AM Admissions Information Session (Pavilion)

11:30 AM Check-Out and Depart





*Bring extra change of clothes to change into after each morning Strength and Conditioning Session

*If you are showering at the Tennis Center on Saturday morning, we will walk you over to lunch; if you are heading back to your hotel to shower, then meet us for lunch at the Campus Commons

*Campers are dismissed each evening after the last workout; dinner is not provided

*Camp Registration and Check-Out, along with all workouts, will be held at the Student Activities Pavilion (Pavilion). For directions search for the Richard L. Duchossois Tennis Center. The Pavilion is right next to the Tennis Center.
