Friday August 10

 

4:30 PM – 5:30 PM Registration and Check In

 

5:30 PM – 5:45 PM W&L Camp Introduction

 

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Wrestling Workout

 

 

Saturday August 12

 

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Strength & Conditioning Workout 

 

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM Breakfast for wrestlers 

 

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Campers split into two groups for a Campus Tour and Q&A session with current wrestlers/alumni

 

11:15 PM – 1:00 PM Wrestling Workout

 

1:15 PM – 1:45 PM Lunch for wrestlers

 

2:00 PM – 2:45 PM Faculty Talk and Question and Answer Session

 

2:45 PM – 3:30 PM Faculty Talk and Question and Answer Session

 

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Wrestling Workout

 

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM Dinner

 

 

Sunday August 13

 

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Strength & Conditioning Workout

 

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM Breakfast for wrestlers

 

9:30 AM – 11:00 AM Wrestling Workout

 

11:30 AM Check-Out and Depart
