5:00 PM – 5:30 PM         W&L Information Session with Admissions Counselor

            

5:30 PM – 6:00 PM         Introduction from Athletic Director Jan Hathorn

            

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM         Wrestling Workout

 

8:00 PM – 8:30 PM         Dinner for wrestlers (Location TBD)

 

 

Saturday August 12

 

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM         Strength & Conditioning Workout (meet in Doremus Gym)

 

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM         Breakfast for wrestlers (Bagels & fruit provided in Doremus Gym)

 

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM        Campus Tours

 

11:30 PM – 1:00 PM       Wrestling Workout

 

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM         Lunch for wrestlers


1:30 PM – 2:30 PM      Talk and Q&A session with W&L Faculty

 

2:30 PM – 3:30 PM         Talk and Q&A session with W&L Faculty

            

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM         Wrestling Workout

 

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM         Dinner (Location TBD)


 

Sunday August 13

 

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM        Strength & Conditioning Workout, Meet in Doremus Gymnasium

 

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM         Breakfast for wrestlers (bagels and fruit in Doremus Gym)

 

9:30 AM – 11:00 AM      Wrestling Workout

 

11:30 AM                        Depart

Camp Schedule is tentative and subject to change.

 

All wrestling sessions will be held in Doremus Gymnasium. Bring running shoes for the morning Strength and Conditioning Sessions.

 

Visitor parking is available on the bottom level of the parking garage, adjacent to the Doremus/Warner Athletic Complex.
